Kerastase Strengthening Hair Mask

Kerastase is a professional luxury hair care brand that belongs to the L'Oreal concern. The Kerastase brand first entered the market in 1964 and immediately conquered the market thanks to innovative products that today are an integral part of hair care for us. The brand was the first to develop products for solving scalp problems, for the first time introduced a serum for the ends of the hair and an oil. And of course, the world's first hair mask was also presented by Kerastase, which we will talk about today.

Kerastase Age Recharge Strengthening Hair Mask

Before describing the mask, I want to say that all Kerastase products are aimed at treating specific hair problems and if you want to take some remedy, first put a “specific diagnosis” on your hair, what you want to change or “heal” in it.

Manufacturer Promises: Age Recharge firming mask for weakened, lifeless and losing matter hair Age Racharge. The included composition of the P-Liposomes mask renews the scalp, enhancing the regeneration process and normalizing the metabolism in the skin cells. Vitamin B3 helps nourish and moisturize the scalp, while vitamin E soothes and relieves skin irritation and inflammation. The mask is also enriched with active ingredients that strengthen the hair structure along the entire length and protect it from negative external influences. Your hair will gain vitality and youth.

Age Recharge means an anti-aging mask that is suitable for "old hair", hair that is more than three years old can be called old.

Mode of application: After using Age Recharge Shampoo, apply a small amount of the mask to clean, damp hair and distribute over the entire length. After 3-5 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water.

How I apply it: after washing my hair, I blot it well with a towel so that it is not wet, but slightly damp. Next, I take on the palm of my hand the amount of mask that is needed for my length and drip a few drops of water there, sometimes I also add orange or ylang-ylang essential oil and apply it to the hair, somewhere from the middle of the length, the mask is very easily distributed. Then I wrap it with plastic wrap and put on a warm, woolen hat and warm it all up with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes and walk for another 20 minutes with this mask, going about my business. After all this, the main thing is to wash off the mask from the hair well (2-3 minutes under running water). It is after such manipulations that I feel the effect of this mask, and when I hold it for 3-5 minutes, as the manufacturer recommends, the effect is like after a good balm.

The mask comes in a volume of 200 and 500 ml, produced in Spain. The mask is in a beautiful, elegant, laconic jar, in principle, like all Kerastase products, but terribly inconvenient, it constantly slips out of hand, of course it stands out against the background of all other masks in the bathroom, but still I like tubes from which you can more squeeze out the desired amount of mask. The consistency of the mask is gel, it is very easily distributed through the hair, after application to the hair, the mask is immediately absorbed in a matter of seconds, the smell of the mask is fresh and pleasant.

When I bought it, I was attracted by the fact that the mask was for weakened, lifeless hair, because this was exactly what my hair was at that time, and it also fell out, and the mask goes as a strengthening one, and so the mask gives:

- hair does not tangle, for my porous, thin hair, that's it;

- the hair is soft and smooth, glides between the fingers, the mask perfectly smoothes the cuticle;

- gives shine to hair, together with oil Kerastase, I think there is more to the merit of the oil;

- hair looks elastic;

- the ends of the hair do not stick out in different directions, but crumble in a "light wave" (I just have curly hair).

But, for my dry hair, there is not enough nutrition, I also cannot say that the hair has strengthened, but the fact that it has revived is unambiguous. The mask is good, but to be honest, I expected more from it (for that kind of money).
