Also, pharmacy vitamins can be safely added to nourishing masks for hair length, especially: vitamin A and E in oil, vitamin B2, B6, B12, vitamin C.

  • 1 ampoule of vitamin B6;
  • 1 ampoule of vitamin B12;
  • 1 ampoule of nicotinic acid - B3;
  • 1 ampoule of aloe extract;
  • a teaspoon of honey;
  • one yolk.

The mask is done before washing the hair, mix all the ingredients and immediately apply to the length of the hair, stepping back from the roots, since vitamins quickly lose their properties after opening. We insulate the mask and keep it for 1-2 hours, and then wash the head as usual.

Recipe number 4. Dry hair mask

  • 1/2 part ripe avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil.

Recipe number 1. Mask for intense hair loss

  • 2 tablespoons of red pepper tincture;
  • 2 tablespoons castor oil
  • 5 drops of vitamins A and E in oil;
  • 3-5 drops of bey essential oil.

The mask is done before shampooing. We mix all the ingredients and apply the mask to the scalp along the partings.
