Avocado hair mask recipes

It is no secret that avocado has very useful properties, it contains almost the entire periodic table (iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium), a number of vitamins (B, A, E, K, C, PP), fats, polyunsaturated acids, avocado oil has the same properties, but only unrefined and cold pressed. Avocados are useful both in food and in face, skin and hair care.

Masks with avocado have a softening effect, that is, dry and brittle hair disappears after the first application, while the hair is easy to comb and style, soft to the touch and elastic.

Avocado hair propertiesWhen choosing an avocado, be sure to buy a soft, ripe fruit, the pulp of a ripe avocado can be mashed with an ordinary fork, without the help of a blender.

Nourishing Avocado Hair Mask

  • half a ripe avocado;
  • 1 tablespoon jojoba oil
  • 5-8 drops of tea tree essential oil.

This mask is suitable not only for the length of the hair, if the hair is not prone to greasy, then it can be applied to the scalp. The mask must be insulated and kept for 1-2 hours. The mask is washed off with shampoo (2-3 times).

Avocado mask for all hair types

  • 1/2 part avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil.

You need to thoroughly knead half of the avocado and add oil to it, the consistency should be like a cream. The mask is applied to the length of the hair. After shampooing your hair, blot it with a towel and apply the mask, leave it on for 30-40 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Avocado moisturizing masks

Oil mask for dry, porous hair

  • 1 teaspoon of avocado oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil;
  • 1 tsp honey;
  • 2 teaspoons of aloe juice;
  • 5 drops of vitamin A in oil;
  • 5 drops of vitamin E in oil;
  • 1 yolk.

Mix all the ingredients and you can warm up to a comfortable temperature. Apply the mask to the roots (make a light massage) and spread over the entire length. Hold the mask for about an hour and wash off with shampoo, such a mask can be done once a week.

Moisturizing hair mask

  • 1/2 part avocado
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5-8 drops of lavender essential oil.

Grind the avocado into a paste, add warm olive oil, and add essential oil at the end. Apply the mask to the length of the hair, insulate and hold for at least an hour, and then wash your hair as usual.

Vitamin hair mask

  • 1/2 part avocado
  • a teaspoon of aloe juice or 2-3 ampoules of aloe extract;
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice;
  • 2 ampoules of vitamin C.

The mask is applied to the length of the hair before washing, if the scalp is not oily, it can also be applied to the scalp. We add vitamin C to the mask at the very end, because it quickly loses its properties. We insulate the mask and keep it for 1-2 hours. The mask can be done 1-2 times a week, in a course of 10 procedures.
