I want to apply coconut oil to my hair before washing, with which oil is it better to combine cocoa or jojoba? (hair is long, not frizzy) and should they only be cold pressed?

    • Yuliya

Coconut oil works well with both oils, but jojoba oil will make the mask lighter. It is advisable to warm it up before application. All useful properties are preserved in cold-pressed oils.

How many times a week to do?

        • Yuliya

Twice a week will be enough. And if your hair is normal, then after two weeks you can switch to once a week.

and which oil is better to take, cold spin or butter? what is the difference?

    • Yuliya

Base oils are divided into two groups: liquid oils and butters.
Butter is a hard butter (coconut, cocoa, shea (karitee), mango, muru-muru), but it also belongs to the base oils. And of course, if there is an opportunity, you need to take unrefined and cold-pressed oil, be it a butter or liquid oil (jojoba, olive ..)
