How to apply arugula oil to hair

Always buy unrefined and cold-pressed natural oil.

Never heat the oil in a microwave oven so that it does not lose its beneficial properties, it is better to do this in a water bath.

Do not use masks (natural oils) more often than 1-2 times a week, hair should be allowed to rest.

Knead the mask just before applying it so that the beneficial substances of the ingredients are not lost.

Not all homemade masks are suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation, especially masks with essential oils.

I hate arugula, I never order a salad or other dishes where it is, arugula is too bitter and incomprehensible for me. But, here's arugula oil, that's another matter. I tried it recently, when I started doing the mustard mask course, which everyone already knows about and is full of recipes on the Internet. So, according to the recipe, instead of olive oil, I added arugula oil. Hair after the course of the mask has grown back perfectly and strengthened, which I am extremely happy about. I am thinking of repeating the course for the fall.

For a long time I was choosing between arugula oil and castor oil, then I decided to take both from the pharmacy. I mix this and that oil, add a few drops of rosemary essential oil and apply it to the scalp for about 2-3 hours, and then wash my head 3-4 times with shampoo, because castor oil is not easily washed off the hair, but it gives an excellent effect ...

Having visited Egypt, I could not but bring a whole set of oils. For hair, I took argan, jojoba, black cumin and arugula. I really liked all the oils, black cumin and arugula oil are best for growth. I made masks based on them and simply rubbed them into the scalp overnight.

Maybe confused with usma oil? can not, but precisely and confused. It is often confused with usma oil, and usma oil burns strongly. arugula is not.

      • Oksana

The opposite is true. Google it. Usma oil does not bake, but just arugula oil bakes.
