His majesty honey in hair care

Probably everyone knows about the benefits of honey for our body and it is really difficult to overestimate it. And today you will not surprise anyone with the use of honey in cosmetology, in skin care for the face, body and, of course, in the care of our beloved hair, which we will talk about. I think everyone knows that honey heals hair, we will try to choose the best ways to use honey for hair.

Natural honey for hair

Lightening hair with honey

When choosing honey, try to take unprocessed honey, because it loses its beneficial properties when heated. As you know, honey and cinnamon have properties to lighten hair, honey contains enzymes that form hydrogen peroxide, and when we dilute it with a balm (it contains water and with its help hydrogen peroxide is released from honey) we also add a natural enhancer - cinnamon.

Choose natural or organic balm or conditioner.

Recipe:

  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey;
  • 2 tablespoons of balm;
  • 1 spoonful of cinnamon.

We do it before washing your hair. We mix all the ingredients and leave for 10 minutes, meanwhile we wet the hair a little, I pour warm water into the spray bottle (with which I spray the flowerpots) and spray it on the hair so that it is slightly damp. I apply the mixture to my hair and warm it up, walk like this for at least one hour, maybe longer, then wash my head as usual.

The darker the hair, the more time and therefore patience it takes to lighten it.

Masks with honey for hair

Masks from time immemorial have been considered the main stage in hair care, if Cleopatra understood this, then I think modern girls also resort to homemade hair masks, even if they do not make them regularly, but probably everyone knows about their usefulness. After all, home masks contain only natural products that have a beneficial effect on the condition of the hair.

Honey hair masks

Hair mask for shine and strength

The mask that our grandmothers made and which is still relevant today. The mask strengthens and restores hair length well. The mask improves blood circulation in the scalp and strengthens the hair roots.

  • 1 tablespoon of brandy;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (cold pressed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg yolk.

Apply the mask to the scalp along the parting and distribute along the length. We insulate and leave for 40 to 60 minutes, then wash your head as usual.

Hair restoration mask

A mask that will help restore hair after coloring, frequent use of a hair dryer, curling iron or iron. With regular use of the mask, you can reduce the section of the hair.

  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 yolk.

Heat honey and oil in a water bath, add yolk. Apply the mask from the roots to the ends of the hair, you can insulate. Leave the mask on for 30-40 minutes and wash your hair as usual.

Laminated mask

After the mask, the hair will gain shine, strength, and become soft and silky. The mask also nourishes and regenerates hair well.

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of burdock oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of castor oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil;
  • 1 tsp honey;
  • 5 drops of vitamin A in oil;
  • 5 drops of vitamin E in oil;
  • 1 yolk.

The proportions of oils can be reduced depending on the length of the hair (these proportions are below the shoulder blades). The mask is applied to damp, washed hair along the entire length, slightly stepping back from the roots. We leave the mask for 1 hour, you can warm it, and then wash it off with shampoo and apply balm.

Honey and onion mask

With hair loss, girls quite often choose a honey and onion mask. But you need to be careful with it, because the smell of onions will haunt you, long after the end of the course of masks, and in wet weather, the smell will also make itself felt.

  • juice of one onion;
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5-8 drops of bey essential oil, or mint, orange, rosemary.

Add essential oil to honey, stir and then add onion juice. Apply the mixture to the scalp, warm it and walk for 40 to 60 minutes.We wash your head as usual, but at the very end, rinse your hair with acidified water. Add 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice to one liter of water.
