So what do we need for a home spray that accelerates hair growth?

• 1 spoonful of nettle herb or you can take one sachet (sold at the pharmacy);
• 1 spoon of burdock, you can take either the root or the leaves;
• 1 jar of ginseng tincture, sold at the pharmacy;
• 1 cinnamon stick, sold in the spice department
• 3-4 pieces of cardamom, sold in the spice department;
• 1 package nicotinic acid, sold in a pharmacy, vitamin B group.

As you can see, the entire composition is natural and healthy for the hair. Nettle and burdock are some of the best herbs for hair loss and for improving hair structure. Ginseng tincture acts as a "conductor", moreover, it strengthens the hair roots by itself. Cardamom and cinnamon - improve scalp blood circulation, while nutrients penetrate better to the hair roots, which promotes better hair growth. Nicotinic acid expands the capillaries, due to this, blood flows to the hair follicle and intensively nourishes it, respectively, and the hair is strengthened.

Nicotinic acid needs to be added to the spray before being applied to the scalp and hair because it quickly loses its properties. One ampoule of nicotinic acid is enough for once.

How to make a hair spray?

First of all, we need to prepare the herbs, for this we take the required amount of herbs, cinnamon and cardamom, pour 200 ml of boiling water, then cover and let it brew for about two hours. When the broth is infused, you need to strain it and pour it into a container where you will store it and add ginseng tincture there. This infusion can be stored in a convenient container in the refrigerator.

Now when to add niacin? I use a spray bottle from the finished body spray, pour a little tincture into it (about once) and add one ampoule of nicotinic acid.

How to use the hair growth and density spray?

Spray for hair growth can be used in two ways: 1. before each hair wash, spray the spray on the scalp, do a light massage and leave for one to two hours, if you wash your head in the morning, you can leave it overnight. I sometimes spray on my scalp, and base oil by the length of the hair. 2. I like the second method more, after each shampooing, apply a spray to damp hair and massage the scalp thoroughly for about five minutes.
