The course is 30 procedures, then you need to take a break for a month and, if necessary, you can repeat the course. You can rub in nicotinic acid daily if you wash your hair every day, because it needs to be applied to clean, damp hair, or you can rub in vitamin B3 when you wash your hair. It is not necessary to wash off nicotinic acid, it does not grease the hair and scalp.

Nicotinic acid should be used immediately after opening the ampoule, because it quickly loses its properties when it interacts with air.

• 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
• 1 teaspoon of coconut oil;
• 1 tsp honey;
• 2 ampoules of vitamin B12;
• 1 yolk.

We heat the oils in a water bath, mix the honey with the yolk and add to the oils, add vitamins at the end. The Essentiale ampoule contains:

Active ingredient: "essential phospholipids" - diglyceride esters of choline phosphoric acid of natural origin, with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, mainly linoleic (about 70%), linolenic and oleic acids - 250 mg.
Other components: benzyl alcohol, disoxycholic acid, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, dye - riboflavin, water for injection.

The active substances contained in the ampoule will help to strengthen the hair, significantly reduce hair loss, make the hair more elastic and elastic.

How to use hair essence

Essentiale ampoules are added to homemade hair masks.

This mask is highly effective, due to the deep action of the Essentiale, in most cases only a few procedures are enough and the hair is significantly improved, but to achieve the maximum effect, you need to go through the entire course - 8-10 procedures.

This mask can be applied before shampooing (if you have not applied foam, hairspray or other styling product to your hair) or after washing, on clean, damp hair.

• 1 ampoule of Essentiale (sold at the pharmacy);
• 1 tablet of asparkam;
• 1 teaspoon of Dimexide;
• 1 spoonful of sour cream;
• 1 yolk.

Beat the egg, add sour cream, then crush the asparkam tablet and add to the mixture, at the end add the Essentiale and Dimexide ampoule, stir well and immediately apply to the scalp along the partings (1-2 cm). The mask must be insulated (with plastic wrap and a warm hat or towel), you can also warm up the mask with a hairdryer for about ten minutes. We keep the mask for 40-60 minutes and wash my head as usual, if you apply the mask after shampooing, then rinse the mask thoroughly with warm running water. The mask can be done 1-2 times a week.
