We select a scrub for the scalp

Do you want to clean your scalp in a quality manner? Then you are here. "Scrub for the scalp" - this combination even today sounds a little strange to many. But, after all, the scalp, as well as the face and body, needs deep cleaning, something more than shampoo. And so, a scalp scrub is an effective and thorough cleansing of the skin from dead skin cells, sebum, styling products and other impurities. In addition to abrasive particles, scrubs usually contain vitamins, trace elements and other nutrients.

What is scalp peeling for?

The remains of styling products, dust particles, decomposition products of toxins and free radicals, as well as subcutaneous fat negatively add up to the health and beauty of the hair, therefore, to cleanse all this, peelings (scrubs) for the scalp are needed.

  • deeply and thoroughly cleanses the scalp;
  • cleans metabolic processes in follicles, cleans sebaceous ducts;
  • improves blood supply to hair follicles;
  • stimulates hair roots, helping to accelerate hair growth;
  • eliminates dandruff, excessive oiliness and itching of the scalp;
  • nutrients penetrate better to the hair roots;
  • preparation for a full-fledged perception of medical and preventive procedures.

For proper nutrition of hair follicles, it is necessary to effectively and regularly cleanse the scalp.

How to use a scalp scrub?

The first thing that rushes when using scalp scabs, and which does not go away with time, is inconvenience, and you can only put up with this or go to the salon and do peeling there (but this is many times more expensive). Therefore, the scalp peeling procedure is best done in the bathroom and when you have time.

Usually the scrub is applied to the wet scalp, parting, after which you need to massage the scalp for several minutes and leave the mixture on the head for a few more minutes, after which you need to thoroughly rinse your hair with water using shampoo.

It is important to wet the scalp well (two minutes under water) so that the pores open and only then proceed to the peeling.

If you have a sensitive scalp, it is not recommended to peel more than once a month. And if the scalp is oily, you can start once a week (two to three weeks), and then when the work of the sebaceous glands is normalized, you can do it once every two weeks. If the scalp is normal, once every two weeks is the best option.

Remember to thoroughly rinse the scrubs off your scalp.
